Description

The level 2 Award for door supervisors in the private security industry is aimed at those who wish to work within the security sectors, the course has the following modules

Module 1: Principles of working in the Private Security Industry.

Module 2: Principles of working as a door supervisor in the Private Security Industry.

Module 3: Application of conflict management in the Private Security Industry.

Module 4: Application of physical intervention skills in the Private Security Industry.

Module 5: Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work.

Candidates are required to attend 52 hours Guided learning hours, which is a legal requirement for the Security Industry Authority and the awarding body, this therefore means that this course is seven  (7) day long, however candidates may opt to carry out online training for module 1 ONLY, this must be a minimum of 8 hours of home study and reduce the course attendance by 1 day, candidates will be expected to sit the Module 1 Multiple question paper on the first day of attendance (Face to Face training), all other modules will then be in the classroom.

Once the candidates has completed this module, you will be required to take confirmation assessment of learning, should you be successful, you be issued a certificate to confirm that you have attended the first module only, you will need to bring this with you when you join the second phase of training in the classroom.
